Nathan Tella (27) and Jarell Quansah (23) entered the game, but Christian Kofane (20) had to wait. The reason was Patrik Schick (30), who was not quick enough to leave the field within ten seconds. Referee Christian Dingert (46) reacted correctly. He applied the new rule that aims to prevent time-wasting. Kofane therefore had to wait for a minute and then until the next break before he was allowed to enter the game. The brief numerical disadvantage was overcome by the Bundesliga team without any problems against the third-division team.
